Biography:
Dr. Manoochehr Najmi, studied BSc in Industrial Engineering (IE) at Sharif University of Technology. After finishing MSc at Tarbiat Modares University in IE, he pursued his PhD in Quality Management at the University of Liverpool, UK. Right after finishing his PhD in 1998, he joined Cranfield University, UK as a Post Doctorate Research Officer. He then joined the Graduate School of Management and Economics of Sharif University of Technology in 2000. He very soon was appointed as the Dean of the School in 2002 and stayed in this position until 2006. He also served as the Vice-President of the University in Administration and Financial Affairs for three years from 2015 to 2017. Dr Najmi’s research interests are marketing strategy and Business Process Management. He has taught Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy and Quality Management.

Hobbies and Interests:
I am interested in Football, Ski and Table Tennis. I was a member of Ski and Table Tennis Clubs at Sharif University of Technology during my BSc program. I also was a member of the Iranian 5-a-side football team (Persia) who won the Liverpool University Cup in 1996. I was also a member of the faculty football team who got the first rank at the University in January 2005.
